Your contract for purchases made through this web site is with Hello Gorgeous Online Ltd.

You agree that e-mail can be used as a long-distance means of communication.

No contract for the sale of any product will subsist between you and Hello Gorgeous Online Ltd unless and until Hello Gorgeous Online Ltd accepts your order by confirming that it has received payment in full for all the goods you have ordered. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time Hello Gorgeous Online Ltd sends the confirmation to you . This confirmation amounts to an acceptance by Hello Gorgeous Online Ltd of your offer to buy goods from Hello Gorgeous Online Ltd or a 3rd party supplier that is engaged on your behalf by Hello Gorgeous Online Ltd.

This confirmation will contain all relevant statutory information concerning your contract.

You must check that the details on this confirmatory e-mail are correct as soon as possible and you should print out and keep a copy of it.

You undertake that all details you provide to Hello Gorgeous Online Ltd for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered. If you supply incorrect or inaccurate address details and your order is returned to us as a result of this, a charge will be made for re- delivery.

You should check your order carefully upon arrival and notify us immediately if any part of your order is not as it should be.

You have the right to cancel orders up to 7 working days from the date after you receive delivery.

Exceptions include items where the packaging has been opened or damaged.

Delivery

If we have attempted to deliver your goods via Royal Mail or Courier and the goods are returned to us (because you failed to pick up the goods within the time limits imposed by the Post Office/Courier), we will make a charge to re-cover our costs in sending these goods out to you.

Whilst every effort will be made to inform you of attempted delivery, we regret that we cannot be held responsible if the Post Office/Courier has failed to notify you of an attempted delivery.

In the unusual event that your goods have been lost in transit, a refund/replacement will be made as soon as our enquiries have been completed. This may take up to 7 working days, as a trace will need to be issued to track your goods. In most circumstances this will be resolved sooner.

If there are any changes to the details supplied by you it is your responsibility to inform Hello Gorgeous Online Ltd as soon as possible.

Returns

Returns Procedure:
Please email us at info@hellogorgeousbeautysalon.com  to obtain returns advice before sending any goods back to us.

All returned items should be sent insured via recorded delivery to Hello Gorgeous Online Ltd, 158 The Broadway, Thorpe Bay, SS13ES(unless otherwise instructed by our staff.).
Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. We do not collect goods.

For your own protection you should retain a proof of postage in case the goods are damaged or lost in transit. Hello Gorgeous Online Ltd requests that goods should be returned in their original sealed packaging where possible, with labels intact.

For Health and Safety reasons, cosmetics and other toiletries are non-returnable unless faulty:
Goods must be unused, unsoiled and in re-saleable condition with unbroken seals and packaging, unless they are faulty or have been received in a damaged condition.
If you are unsure about which product is suitable for you and/or wish to try a specific products, please ask for a sample.

Hello Gorgeous Online Ltd will make a charge for damaged or missing items, and this may affect the total amount credited to you.

Cancellation of Order

The consumer protection (distance selling) regulations require that the consumer will provide written notice (by letter, email or fax), of a cancellation within 7 working days. The 7 working days start from the day after the day the consumer receives the goods.

Note that we cannot take back returns of cosmetics and consumables where the packaging / seal has been opened and the product used.

Once Hello Gorgeous Online Ltd has received notification from you that you wish to cancel the order /item (in accordance with these terms) any sum debited to Hello Gorgeous Online Ltd from your credit card in relation to your order will be re-credited to that credit card account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order.

Liability

Hello Gorgeous Online Ltd attempts to ensure that the information available on the website at any time is truthful and accurate. All dimensions stated are approximate. Hello Gorgeous Online Ltd will do its best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being alerted to them.

In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, Hello Gorgeous Online Ltd shall, make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question, provided that you notify Hello Gorgeous Online Ltd of the problem in writing (by letter, email or fax), at the address stated in the confirmation e-mail within 7 working days of delivery following the day of the order, or, in the case of product defect, as soon as the event occurs.
NOTHING IN THIS CLAUSE AFFECTS YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.

Hello Gorgeous Online Ltd does not accept liability for:

a) Business losses and/or losses to non-consumers.
b) Goods delivered to Work/Alternative addresses, given by the cardholder, which have been signed for by anyone other than the card holder.
c) Delivery delays.

Please Note:

Caution must be exercised when having goods sent to a Work Alternative address other than the Cardholders address, Hello Gorgeous Online Ltd will not accept liability for goods which have been directed by the customer for delivery to another/Work address and signed for by someone other than the cardholder. We strongly advise if you work in a place which has a high number of employees, ie hospitals or universities, you have the goods delivered to your home address as tracing can be difficult in these circumstances.

Processing of orders

Credit and Debit cards are debited before items are shipped by Hello Gorgeous Online Ltd. All prices include VAT (where applicable) unless otherwise stated.

Every purchase you make shall be deemed performed in the United Kingdom. English law shall govern every aspect of contractual agreement concerning purchases made from this web site.

Hello Gorgeous Online Ltd aims to arrange shipment of all in-stock items within 2 working days of receiving your order. Your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock. Delivery/Title/Risk
